We invented the BFP out of necessity.

We couldn't find a 3D printer fast enough or affordable enough to produce aerospace-grade drone components at scale. So we built our own. The BFP definitely solved our own manufacturing problems. Then we realized we could offer the same capability to our customers: decentralized production, on-site part printing, complete manufacturing autonomy wherever missions demand it. We didn't set out to create a proprietary 3D printer, but we learned early on that it was the only way to bring our vision to life.

VERTICAL INTEGRATION

Vertical integration eliminates vulnerabilities. No supply chain disruptions. No tariff exposure. No vendor lock-in. We're not assembling someone else's components, we're manufacturing our own. When geopolitics shift or suppliers fail, we keep producing. Your mission readiness doesn't depend on external factors. Independence is our competitive advantage and your operational insurance. When we started this company, vertical integration was a key part of our founding philosophy. Now, we can't imagine life without it.

FACTORY-AS-A-SERVICE

Centralized manufacturing creates dependencies. Long supply chains introduce vulnerabilities. Vendor control limits autonomy. We coined the term Factory-as-a-Service (FaaS) to flip that model: bring production to where missions happen. Print parts at forward bases, disaster zones, remote stations. Manufacturing independence means operational resilience. When you control production, you control readiness. That's true sovereignty in an uncertain world. This matters to us, and we're certain it matters to you.

MOBILE PRODUCTION PODS

Mobility matters. Speed matters. You can deploy six of our BFPs inside a standard shipping container, where they are stacked, powered, and ready to manufacture at edge locations. Transform any site into a production facility: military bases, disaster zones, remote research stations. When you can bring the factory to the mission, the mission gets to succeed.

RIGHT TO REPAIR

Everyone talks about right-to-repair. Few deliver it. We designed our drones with bolted assemblies and modular components so field personnel can swap parts without factory authorization or proprietary tools. No vendor gatekeeping. No planned obsolescence. True ownership means controlling maintenance forever. You bought it. You own it. You fix it. And, of course, we are always happy to do it for you. What's important is that you have a choice, especially when you scale your fleet.
