Modovolo Appoints Industry Veteran Charles Green to Board of Directors

Utica, NY — Modovolo, an early-stage U.S.-based drone technology startup, is proud to announce the appointment of Charles Green to its Board of Directors. Green is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Assured Information Security (AIS). Green has more than 20 years of experience in offensive and defensive information operations, as well as Department of Defense information assurance research and development. Initially working as a contractor for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Green supported its program to investigate software and technologies to better protect critical military and civil information systems. Green and AIS, under his leadership, continue to support AFRL and its cyber mission. AIS has produced many specialized capabilities for the highest levels of government in cybersecurity and computer network operations. As a long-standing member of the community, Green is a strong advocate for regional initiatives and economic development.
