Syracuse, NY — Modovolo, a start-up launching the world’s first modular, long-flight-time, low-cost drone, today announced the appointment of Craig Marcinkowski to its Board of Advisors. A strategic leader with nearly two decades of experience in the defense and aerospace industry, Marcinkowski brings a powerful combination of corporate strategy expertise from his role as Director of Strategy for Saab, Inc., and a deep understanding of startup growth from his time as Senior VP of Business Development for Fotokite, a GENIUS NY grand prize winner.

Marcinkowski’s dual-faceted background is uniquely suited to guide Modovolo as it bridges the gap between disruptive technology and large-scale enterprise adoption. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of product development, from software engineering to international business development.
